Tuy nhiên, nếu không nhận thấy nguyên nhân sâu xa của oan sai thì không những không thể thiết kế một nền tư pháp có thể mang lại công lý mà trong vài trò chống tội phạm, nó còn có thể trở thành công cụ của từng băng nhóm.
