Japan marks three year anniversary of deadly earthquake and tsunami

It's been three years since a massive 9.0 magnitude earthquake and tsunami pummeled Japan on March 11, 2011, claiming more than 19,000 lives and sparking nuclear disaster at the Fukushima power plant.
