Quốc hội Myanmar hôm nay bầu trợ lý thân cận của bà Aung Sang Su Kyi làm tổng thống dân sự đầu tiên trong hơn 50 năm, một thời khắc lịch sử của đất nước từng do chính phủ quân sự điều hành.
