As millions around 
the world mourn the passing of Nelson Mandela, who died on Thursday at 
the age of 95, the Daily Mail presents a tribute in pictures to the

everybody wanted to be friends with the courageous first black president
 of South Africa - a man whose courage in the face of persecution made
