A Syrian http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/syria/index.htmlrebel group has released a fake execution video in which it spares the lives of nine captured ISIS fighters.

The fanatics in orange jumpsuits are paraded to a desert location by their masked captors and forced to kneel.

Mimicking the actions of ISIS fanatics, who have murdered hundreds on camera, the rebel fighters aim their handguns at their heads, ready to fire.

But unlike so many ISIS propaganda videos, where the prisoners would be shot at point blank range, the camouflaged soldiers, who fight for the Levant Front, whip off their masks and holster their weapons.

Scroll down for video

Dramatic: Syrian rebel group, the Levant Front, marched nine ISIS fighters to a desert location in what appeared to be copy of the terror group's propaganda videos

Final moment: The rebels, who have been battling ISIS since their group was created last December, aimed their handguns at the back of their captives' heads

Tolerance: But, where ISIS would pull the trigger, the Levant Front rebels holstered their weapons and whipped of their masks

A cleric dressed in a white Islamic robe tells the prisoners to repent, saying: 'This is not our policy. We are not evil.'

The men were then said to be returned to prison. The video, entitled 'Muslims are not criminals', was created by the Levant Front, a coalition of rebel factions battling ISIS and the Syrian government in besieged Aleppo.

Its fighters have died battling the terror group in the north of the war torn province since the group was created in December last year.

The group, who receive weapons from Turkey, recaptured two villages from ISIS in northern Aleppo, near the Turkish border, late last month.

They posted photos of four young men it claimed were captured ISIS fighters on its social media pages and said it had dismantled hundreds of mines around the conquered villages, Delha and Harjaleh.

Forgiveness: As the ISIS fighters knelt on the dusty ground, the rebel group's cleric, dressed in a white Islamic robe, told them to repent

Criminals: The ISIS fanatics are said to have been returned to prison after the mock execution video filmed somewhere in Aleppo

Copycat: The rebels mimicked ISIS's execution videos, in which hundreds have been mercilessly killed, until the very last moment where they spared the lives of their prisoners

An ISIS car bomb killed at least seven Levant Front fighters in Tal Rifaat, Aleppo, yesterday, the Syrian Observer reported.

The rigged car exploded near one of the group's posts yesterday.

ISIS frequently targets moderate, Western backed rebel groups including the Levant Front, and has executed a number of them on camera in shameless propaganda videos.
